The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to relief for certain employers from penalties and sanctions under the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act.  Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
