The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to require certain permit holders to be required to notify the Alcoholic Beverage Commission within ten days of changing their mailing address. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates that no fiscal implication from the bill is anticipated. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
