The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the operation and regulation of charitable bingo. The bill would further define the term crime of moral turpitude and provide for the transfer of a commercial lessor license in certain instances. Based on the analysis of the Texas Lottery Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
