The bill would amend the Property Code relating to prohibit a municipality or a county from enacting or enforcing an order or ordinance that would restrict or prohibit a property owner from installing a liquid propane gas tank above the ground on the owners property if the tank is a reasonable size to supply the residence, but could require the owner to screen the tank from view. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
