A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to privileged parking for recipients of the Silver Star
Medal specialty license plate.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Sec. 681.008, Transportation Code (b)(1) is
amended to read as follows:
(1) the person who registered the vehicle under
Section 504.202(a), Section 504.315(c), (d), (e), (f), [or] (g), or
(h) or Section 504.316;
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
