Methodology For purposes of this estimate, under current law, it is assumed that the current level of funding for steroid testing would continue. Based on this assumption, the provisions of the bill are estimated to produce a savings of $875,000 in General Revenue annually. Local Government Impact School districts would no longer be required to conduct steroid testing of high school athletes.
