The bill amends the Government Code relating to the establishment of the supportive living facility pilot program.  Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the Health and Human Services Division and the Department of Aging and Disabilities, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The bill amends the Government Code relating to the establishment of the supportive living facility pilot program.
