Kolkhorst, Chair, House Committee on Public Health      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3371 by King, Susan (Relating to the exemption of registered dental laboratories from certain distributing and manufacturing licensing requirements.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to the exemption of registered dental laboratories from certain distributing and manufacturing licensing requirements. Based on the analysis of the Dental Board and the Department of State Health Services, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
