The bill amends various subsections of Section 51.971 of the Education Code as it relates to the  confidentiality of information obtained by a compliance office of an institution of higher education.  Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
