The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.   Methodology The cost to the General Revenue Fund 0001, various GR Accounts, and other funds would be the increased appropriation authority in fiscal 2012 to pay the specific claims and judgments that would be settled by this bill.

Fiscal Analysis

The bill would make appropriations from General Revenue Fund 0001, various GR Accounts, and other funds to pay miscellaneous claims and judgments against the state.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.  

Methodology

The cost to the General Revenue Fund 0001, various GR Accounts, and other funds would be the increased appropriation authority in fiscal 2012 to pay the specific claims and judgments that would be settled by this bill.
