The bill would amend Human Resources Code Subchapter C, Chapter 141 to create minimumstandards for juvenile case managers, which include a code of ethics, minimum educationrequirements, and training standards. For this analysis, it is assumed that any work resulting from thepassage of this bill could be reasonably absorbed with current resources.
