The bill would amend portions of the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow a holder of a valid deer breeder permit to process a breeder deer as venison, or sell a breeder deer for processing, if the deer is not needed for propagation. No fiscal implication to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department or the state is anticipated from bill amendments.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.
