RULEMAKING AUTHORITY This bill does not expressly grant any additional rulemaking authority to a state officer, institution, or agency. SECTION BY SECTION ANALYSIS SECTION 1. Amends Section 46.002(a), Parks and Wildlife Code, to provide that a license under this chapter is not required of a person who meets certain criteria, including a person who is a resident at least 75 years of age, rather than a person who is a resident and whose birth date is before September 1, 1930. SECTION 2. Effective date: upon passage or September 1, 2011.
