The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to prohibit a hospital district created under general or special law from financing an abortion with tax revenue. Local Government Impact According to the Collin County Health Care District and the City of Houston's Department of Health and Human Services, there would be no fiscal impact associated with the provisions of the bill.
