The bill would amend the Transportation Code to specify that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) may not charge a fee for furnishing the Texas Airport Directory. Based on the analysis and information provided by TxDOT, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the state. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
