The bill would amend portions of the Parks and Wildlife Code to prohibit the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission (through proclamation or regulation) from disallowing a person from using a helicopter to take depredating feral hogs, if that person has the landowners authorization and a permit issued under TPWD 43.109. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
