The bill would amend the Government Code relating to criteria for financing certain multifamily housing developments.   Based on information submitted by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. The bill would amend the Government Code relating to criteria for financing certain multifamily housing developments.
