The bill would amend the Property Code relating to prohibiting certain private transfer fees and the preservation of private real property rights; providing penalties.   Based on the analysis of the Office of the Attorney General and Texas Real Estate Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The bill would amend the Property Code relating to prohibiting certain private transfer fees and the preservation of private real property rights; providing penalties.
