The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to include a fire marshal or related officer, inspector or investigator commissioned by a county under Subchapter B, Chapter 352 in the definition of an authorized peace officer. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
