The bill would allow school districts to use funding received through the compensatory education allotment of the Foundation School Program (FSP) to assist with child-care expenses for students at risk of dropping out of school or to pay the costs of day care or transportation associated with a life skills program.  Local Government Impact School districts would be allowed to use funding received through the compensatory education allotment of the Foundation School Program (FSP) to assist with child-care expenses or transportation associated with certain programs targeting students at risk of dropping out.
