The bill would amend the Agriculture Code and the Local Government Code relating to the regulation of slaughterers located in certain counties as specified by the provisions of the bill. The bill would amend the Local Government Code to allow a commissioners court to prohibit the location of a slaughterer, including the use of a private road owned by a slaughterer to access a slaughterer's facility. The bill would amend the Agriculture Code and the Local Government Code relating to the regulation of slaughterers located in certain counties as specified by the provisions of the bill. The bill would amend the Local Government Code to allow a commissioners court to prohibit the location of a slaughterer, including the use of a private road owned by a slaughterer to access a slaughterer's facility.
