The bill would amend the Local Government Code to add the Lower Bois D'Arc Creek Reservoir to the areas for which a county may impose certain regulations. The bill would repeal Section 231.132(c) of the Local Government Code to remove the expiration date of applicability of Chapter 231 to a county that may impose certain regulations in the area within 5,000 feet of where the shoreline of Lake Ralph Hall would be if the lake were filled to its storage capacity, unless the permit necessary for the construction of Lake Ralph Hall is issued before the repealed expiration date of September 1, 2013.
