 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, The 90th birthday of an esteemed Texan is indeed
 cause for celebration, and Eloise Holder of Waco reached that
 impressive milestone on April 17, 2011; and
 WHEREAS, Eloise McKamie was born in Moody in 1921, the ninth
 child of William Henry and Nancy Ida McKamie; as a young woman, she
 moved to Waco, where she met and married Fraser C. Holder, a soldier
 stationed at Blackland Army Air Field; and
 WHEREAS, Mrs. Holder and her husband operated the Stadium
 Drive-In Grocery, named for its proximity to the Baylor University
 football stadium; the store became best known for Mrs. Holder's
 mouthwatering hamburgers, which were dubbed by regulars as the
 "Holder Hamburger"; they were a favorite of residents of Waco, as
 well as out-of-town Bears fans who made the Stadium Drive-In part of
 their game-day ritual; Mrs. Holder and her husband retired after
 nearly 50 years in business; and
 WHEREAS, In addition to being the woman behind the Stadium
 Drive-In Grocery's famous burgers, Eloise Holder has made a
 positive difference in the lives of many people, and it is a
 pleasure to join her loved ones in honoring her on this memorable
 occasion; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Eloise Holder on her 90th birthday
 and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued happiness; and,
 be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Mrs. Holder as an expression of high regard by the
 Texas House of Representatives.
