 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of Patricia
 E. Barkley of Robinson, who passed away on March 19, 2011, at the
 age of 66; and
 WHEREAS, Born on February 4, 1945, to Irene Evelyn Mooer and
 David Clinton Crockett, Patricia Barkley was a student at Robinson
 High School and later worked at the Marathon Battery Company in
 Waco; she loved shopping and attending auctions and was an avid
 collector of M&M's memorabilia; in addition, she adopted and
 fostered many cats; and
 WHEREAS, In all of her endeavors, Mrs. Barkley enjoyed the
 support of her husband, Kenneth, and she also experienced the joy of
 welcoming 4 children, 3 stepsons, 15 grandchildren, and 3
 great-grandchildren into her family; and
 WHEREAS, Patricia Barkley made a positive difference in the
 lives of all those who were privileged to know her, and she will
 always be remembered with great tenderness and affection; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Patricia E. Barkley
 and extend deepest sympathy to the members of her family: to her
 husband, Kenneth Jackson Barkley; to her daughters, Teresa Gail
 Wilkerson and Evelyn Vera and her husband, Johnny; to her son,
 Charles David Oliver; to her stepsons, Robert Jackson Barkley and
 his wife, Darlene, Troy Thomas Barkley and his wife, Jennifer, and
 Daniel Rush Barkley; to her sisters, Mary Joyce Wells and her
 husband, Travis, and Peggy Jo Gottwald and her husband, Bernie; to
 her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and to her other
 relatives and friends; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Patricia E.
 Barkley.
