H.R. No. 2013
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The untimely passing of Diana Lynn Psencik of
Houston on November 28, 2009, at the age of 47, brought a tremendous
loss to her family and friends; and
WHEREAS, A native of Houston, Diana Psencik was born on
November 27, 1962, to Dominic "Don" and Jo Ann Psencik; growing up,
she enjoyed the companionship of a sister, Marsha; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Psencik was a valued employee of Amegy Bank,
where she earned the respect and friendship of many colleagues; and
WHEREAS, Although she is greatly missed, Diana Psencik leaves
behind many wonderful memories that will forever be treasured by
those who were fortunate enough to know her; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Diana Lynn Psencik and
extend sincere condolences to the members of her family: to her
parents, Don and Jo Ann Psencik; to her sister, Marsha Ward, and her
husband, Chris; to her niece, Madison; to her uncle and aunt, James
and Maria Venarske; and to her other relatives and friends; and, be
it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Diana
Psencik.
