 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Members of the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance
 are gathering in Austin on February 2, 2011, for Fort Bend County
 Day at the State Capitol, and their visit provides a fitting
 opportunity to recognize the many contributions this outstanding
 organization has made in the county; and
 WHEREAS, Centered in the Rosenberg, Richmond, and Fulshear
 communities, the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance works on the
 development of goals and programs that bring about economic growth,
 constructive change, employment opportunities, and an overall
 improvement in the quality of life for area residents; the chamber
 promotes local businesses, and provides them with vital information
 and a united voice while also facilitating a collaborative
 relationship with other organizations and governmental bodies; and
 WHEREAS, This notable group is composed of more than 1,200
 members; in carrying forth its mission, the chamber sponsors a
 range of special events, all of which contribute to the overall
 betterment of the Fort Bend business environment; and
 WHEREAS, The vision and leadership provided by the Central
 Fort Bend Chamber Alliance have had an enduring and positive
 influence on this fast-growing area of the Lone Star State, and its
 members can take justifiable pride in its achievements; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby welcome the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance
 to the State Capitol on the occasion of Fort Bend County Day and
 commend all those associated with the chamber for their dedicated
 service; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for the group as an expression of high regard by the Texas
 House of Representatives.
