No. 1112.)    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The resolution would add Section 370.333 to Subchapter H, Chapter 370 of the Transportation Code to specify that an authority governed under Section 370.2511 may not be dissolved except under certain circumstances as defined by the provisions of the resolution. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
