R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Leroy and Vivian Bouldin have distinguished
themselves through their service to the residents of North Texas;
and
WHEREAS, Active in the Dallas community, Mr. and Mrs. Bouldin
have generously volunteered their time to benefit Texas House
District 111 while also encouraging others to participate in the
electoral process; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Bouldin is retired from the insurance industry;
a longtime member of Good Street Baptist Church, he also
participates in his homeowners' association; Mrs. Bouldin, a
retired nurse, is a valued congregant of Concord Missionary Baptist
Church, which was founded by her brother; and
WHEREAS, Leroy and Vivian Bouldin have demonstrated a lasting
commitment to making Dallas an even better place in which to live
and work, and in so doing they have earned the deep respect and
appreciation of their fellow citizens; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby honor Leroy and Vivian Bouldin for their
contributions to their community and extend to them sincere best
wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Bouldin as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
