R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The Honorable Santiago "Chago" Flores is ably
serving the people of Terrell County as county judge; and
WHEREAS, Presently in his first term of office, Judge Flores
began his tenure in January 2011, following his election the
previous November; and
WHEREAS, Since undertaking his duties, Judge Flores has
distinguished himself through his outstanding work as presiding
officer of the commissioners court and through his astute
leadership of county government operations; and
WHEREAS, The significant contributions of Santiago Flores
are helping to make Terrell County an even better place in which to
live, and he is to be commended for his dedicated efforts in behalf
of his fellow citizens; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby honor Judge Santiago "Chago" Flores on his
notable public service and extend to him sincere best wishes for the
future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Judge Flores as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
