No. 2327.)    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The resolution would suspend House Rule 13, section 9(a)(3) to add text on a matter which is not in disagreement to specify that a mass transit entity is not required to participate in the establishment and operation of the motor-bus-only- lane pilot program. This would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the state. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
