R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The death of Robert Scott Middleton of Moody on May
9, 2011, at the age of 43 has brought a great loss to his family and
friends; and
WHEREAS, Born in Klamath Falls, Oregon, to Sue and Gene
Middleton on October 2, 1967, Robert Middleton graduated from
Klamath Union High School in 1986; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Middleton was a proud veteran of the United
States Army and served his country in Operation Desert Storm; and
WHEREAS, While the life of Robert Middleton ended far too
soon, he will always be remembered with great affection by those who
knew and loved him; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Robert Scott
Middleton and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family:
to his mother and father, Sue and Gene Middleton; to his sister,
Shelly Middleton; to the love of his life, Michelle Matus; and to
his other relatives and friends; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Robert
Middleton.
