R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, During the 82nd Legislature, Matt Creel has ably
served his fellow Texans as legislative director in the office of
State Representative Van Taylor; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Creel shepherded bills through the legislative
process, working tirelessly to prepare for hearings and communicate
with interested parties; his resourcefulness and initiative are
greatly appreciated by his colleagues, and his contributions to
carrying forth Representative Taylor's legislative agenda have
helped meet the needs of the constituents of House District 66; and
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his
duties as legislative director with skill and determination, and he
is indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby commend Matt Creel for his service as
legislative director in the office of State Representative Van
Taylor and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success
in all his endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Creel as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
