No. 278 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, The passing of Albert Walter Coy of San Antonio on May 1, 2010, at the age of 73, greatly saddened the family and friends of this beloved man; and WHEREAS, Mr. Coy shared a rewarding 55-year marriage with his wife, Ramona, and together the couple welcomed into their family four children, Anna, Aida, Sophia, and Adam, as well as five grandchildren and a great-grandchild; and WHEREAS, A graduate of Thomas Edison High School in San Antonio, Mr. Coy served with the Electronic Security Command at Lackland Air Force Base until his retirement; and WHEREAS, Although Albert Coy is deeply missed, cherished memories of time spent in his company will long endure in the hearts of all those privileged to know him; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Albert Walter Coy and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his wife, Ramona Coy; to his daughters, Aida Luna and her husband, Jesse, and Sophia Hernandez and her husband, Alfred; to his son, Adam Coy; to his brother, Alfredo R. Coy; to his grandchildren, Phillip Valdez, Vincent Castillo, Justin Hernandez, Alex Hernandez, and Jesse Luna IV; to his great-granddaughter, Ambria Valdez; to his nephews, Daniel Coy and Nathan Coy; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Albert Walter Coy.
