H.R. No. 821 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, The passing of Paul E. Taylor of Lubbock on February 17, 2011, at the age of 66, has deeply saddened the family and friends of this esteemed Texan; and WHEREAS, Born on April 1, 1944, to Willard and Willie May Taylor, Paul Taylor was one of five children in his family; Mr. Taylor shared nearly half a century of marriage with his wife, Louise, and the couple were blessed with a son, Roger, two daughters, Debbie and Jeannine, and six grandchildren; and WHEREAS, Paul Taylor lived a caring and purposeful life, and he will forever be remembered with great affection by all those who held him close to their hearts; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Paul E. Taylor and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, Louise; to his son, Roger, and his wife, Roxanne; to his daughter, Debbie Whitten, and her husband, Mark; to his six grandchildren, Ryker, Steven, Ramsey, and Christopher Taylor and Kamber and Asher Whitten; to his mother, Willie May Taylor; to his three sisters, Elizabeth Edwards, Sylvia Westbrook, and Glenda Upchurch; to his brother, Gary Taylor; and to his other relatives and many friends; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Paul E.
