H.R. No. 867
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Bill and Diane Jones of Waco celebrated their 45th
wedding anniversary on March 5, 2011, and they may indeed reflect
with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; and
WHEREAS, Bill Jones and the former Diane Pietzsch exchanged
the vows of matrimony in 1966, and over the course of their
marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Jones count among their blessings a
fine family that includes two children and their spouses, Kari and
Greg Ustanik and Chad and Aimee Jones, as well as five
grandchildren, Brittani and Blake Ustanik and Jordan, Jay, and Jace
Jones, with whom they share the many special occasions of life; and
WHEREAS, For four and a half decades, Bill and Diane Jones
have brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion,
and it is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Bill and Diane Jones on their 45th
wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for
continued happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Jones as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
