 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Locally owned and operated businesses are essential
 to the vitality of the Lone Star State, and for more than four
 decades, Casa Ford Lincoln Mercury of El Paso has contributed to the
 local economy; and
 WHEREAS, This automotive dealership was founded in 1969 by
 Wally Lowenfield, who built the company on the basis of courteous
 and honest service to customers; Mr. Lowenfield's legacy is carried
 on today by his son, Clay Lowenfield, who has continued to build
 strong relationships with Casa Ford clientele over the years;
 moreover, this commitment to the company and the community extends
 to a third generation, with Justin Lowenfield serving as general
 manager and vice president and Luke Lowenfield serving as vice
 president of operations; and
 WHEREAS, For more than a decade, Casa Ford Lincoln Mercury
 has earned the prestigious President's Award from the Ford Motor
 Company for achieving superior customer satisfaction, an honor only
 340 dealerships out of 5,000 nationwide receive each year; and
 WHEREAS, Casa Ford Lincoln Mercury is truly a Texas success
 story, and the Lowenfield family may indeed take great pride in
 their company's longstanding tradition of excellence; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
 Legislature hereby honor Casa Ford Lincoln Mercury for its
 outstanding service to the residents of El Paso and extend to the
 Lowenfield family and the dealership's staff sincere best wishes
 for continued success; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Casa Ford Lincoln Mercury as an expression of high
 regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
