The bill would amend the Transportation Code to authorize the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to enter into a comprehensive development agreement for improvements to State Highway 99 (Grand Parkway). Based on the information and analysis provided by TxDOT, it is assumed that any costs or duties associated implementing the proposed CDA would be accommodated within existing resources and through the allocation of the agency's existing highway planning and construction appropriations. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
