                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 82ND LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 13, 2011      TO: Honorable Larry Phillips, Chair, House Committee on Transportation      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1007 by Williams (Relating to certain comprehensive development agreements of the Texas Department of Transportation.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Transportation Code to authorize the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to enter into a comprehensive development agreement for improvements to State Highway 99 (Grand Parkway).   Based on the information and analysis provided by TxDOT, it is assumed that any costs or duties associated implementing the proposed CDA would be accommodated within existing resources and through the allocation of the agency's existing highway planning and construction appropriations.
