The bill would require that contracts between managed care organizations (MCOs) and the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) under Medicaid managed care include a requirement that MCOs coordinate the care of each recipient receiving services through the MCO and certain community centers. The community centers would also be required to coordinate care with the MCOs. According to HHSC, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
