The bill would amend various administrative and procedural requirements in the Texas Probate Code. While this bill would alter some provisions of the Probate Code that would be of concern to practitioners, the bill would not affect most procedures employed by the courts when handling probate cases. Consequently, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
