The bill would amend the Property Code to require the Supreme Court to adopt rules establishing procedures for expediting foreclosure proceedings on an assessment lien for use by a property owners association. The bill would amend procedures for collection of assessments of a property owners association. Certain provisions of the bill would apply only to a property owners' association which is not a governmental entity. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
