A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the elimination of certain reports submitted by the
court of criminal appeals and the supreme court to the Office of
Court Administration.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Sections 72.085 and 72.086, Government Code, are
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
