The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the operation and certification of career schools or colleges.   Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission and the Comproller of Public Accounts, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
