The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to the establishment of the College Credit for Heroes program. Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission and the Higher Education Coordinating Board, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
