The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to an employee's transportation and storage of certain firearms or ammunition while on certain property owned or controlled by the employee's employer. Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to an employee's transportation and storage of certain firearms or ammunition while on certain property owned or controlled by the employee's employer.
