                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 82ND LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            May 27, 2011      TO: Honorable David Dewhurst, Lieutenant Governor, Senate  Honorable Joe Straus, Speaker of the House, House of Representatives      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB563 by Jackson (Relating to the efficiency of the operations of, and certain information regarding services provided by, the Texas Workforce Commission; providing a criminal penalty.), Conference Committee Report    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to the efficiency of the operations of, and certain information regarding services provided by, the Texas Workforce Commission; providing a criminal penalty. Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
