                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 82ND LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 24, 2011      TO: Honorable Jane Nelson, Chair, Senate Committee on Health & Human Services      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB709 by Van de Putte (Relating to the use of certain professional titles by licensed specialists in school psychology.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the use of certain professional titles by licensed specialists in school psychology.   Based on information provided by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
