The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the professions regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission.  Based on the analysis of the Texas Real Estate Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
