Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.  A school district board of trustees would be required to adopt policies providing for the inclusion of district and campus-level planning and decision-making processes of professional staff who are primarily responsible for educating students with disabilities.  Adoption and implementation of the policies necessary to comply with the bill's provisions would not be anticipated to significantly increase school district costs.
