The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of funeral directing and to the services included in the retail price list provided by a funeral establishment. Based on the analysis of the Funeral Service Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.   Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
